All purchases made through our Site are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the product is unavailable, there are errors in pricing or product information, or fraud is suspected.

Prices displayed on our Site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an erroneous price. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Title and risk of loss for purchased products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for products that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Omaha, Nebraska, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

You and Kappa Royale agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, both you and Kappa Royale waive any right to a jury trial.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to registered account holders.

Your continued use of our Services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Services.
